Travelling during a global pandemic has it pros and cons. The pros are that few others are travelling and rates are good. The con is there are a lot of hoops and changing situations that you have to be patient and prepared for. Janet has that patience and was very helpful with changing my flight times/days due to the Covid hotel after arrving back in Canada. She spend hours on the phone trying to connect with Emirates or Air Canada to accomadate my schedule. Thank you Janet for saving me a lot of time and frustration. Having you in my corner makes my life so much easier!
